Step 1: We invite Vancouver Physician Staff Association (VPSA) members to submit ideas for consideration. Initiatives should fall under at least one of VPSA’s priorities (outlined below). The projects committee will review all ideas and the applicant will receive notification of the status of their application within a week of submission. If approved, the applicant will be invited to submit a Step 2: Proposal. Applicants invited to submit a Proposal will be offered up to 5hrs of sessional payment at a rate of $176.18/hour as remuneration of time spent drafting the more detailed proposal.
