Idaho State University Career Path Internship Off Campus CPI Application
The Purpose of Idaho State University's Career Path Internship (CPI Program) is to provide a paid, meaningful internship experience and/or experiential education that is closely aligned with a student's academic major or career interests.

Each year since 2010, ISU's Administration has provided money for the CPI program. This money is then allocated to the various colleges and departments within ISU. These colleges can then use their allotted CPI money at their discretion. This money can be used to pay students to work on campus for ISU departments and also for off-campus businesses and other organizations who can provide meaningful internship experiences for ISU students.

ISU functions on a fiscal year of July 1st to June 30th.

CPI students can be requested at any time during the school year, but availability of CPI funds are not guaranteed.

The CPI Program does not guarantee that money or students will be available for every organization that is interested. The CPI Office encourages an initial meeting with the off-campus organization to ensure all parties understand the expectations involved in participating in the CPI program.

For more detailed information on the CPI Program, please see our Policies and Guidelines on the Career Center's CPI website: www.isu.edu/career/cpi-program.

You will be contacted by the CPI Coordinator within a few days of submitting your application.

Applications to participate in the CPI Program are reviewed on a regular basis. Organizations may apply once per academic year.
