By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I want my little sibling of the same sex as myself and 12 years or older to participate in the Lil Sibs Overnight portion of Family Weekend. I further acknowledge that my parent/legal guardian will be required to sign a liability release waiver before my sibling can participate, and that my sibling will not be permitted to participate or stay overnight in my residence hall space if this waiver is not signed. Lastly, by requesting to participate, I realize that I am completely responsible for the conduct of my little sibling during the duration of their visit, that we are both required to participate in all required lil sibs activities listed above, and that this overnight stay is a one time exception to the housing rule which prohibits the overnight stays of people less than 17 years of age.
