East Quogue Holiday on Main Vendor Application
This form is an application to be included as a vendor at the 5th Annual East Quogue Holiday on Main. 
The event will take place on Saturday, December 5th, 2026. (Rain Date is Sunday December 6th). Set up will be from 11:00am - 1:00pm (Roads will close this year at 11am. Once the roads are closed, we can place food trucks and then allow vendors to begin set up.)
The event will run from 1:00pm-5:00pm. All vendors must remain in place for the duration of the event and must be cleaned up and off the street by 6:00pm.

Please note the following before submitting your application:
- Standard Vendor spaces are approximately 10x10. If you require additional space, please consider booking more than one space.
- Absolutely NO electric or gas heaters of any kind are permitted at the event. Use of such devices will result in your removal from the festival and your vendor fee will be forfeited.
- Vendors are NOT permitted in the roadway until the roads have been officially closed by local police. Volunteers will be onsite assisting in placement of food trucks and vendors.
- Once you are parked / set up, you may not move any vehicle on or off your assigned spot, or within the boundaries of the festival until the event is over at 5pm.
- Electricity is not readily available, if you need lighting for your space, we recommend battery operated lights, or you may bring a small personal generator. Please contact us for specific limitations/requirements on generators. Again, NO heaters are allowed.
- 2026 Fees are as follows: 10x10 standard space - $75 each....Alcohol Vendor/Food Truck - $150 each.  *Booths serving food to be consumed at the festival will be charged as a Food Truck, and all applicable insurance/board of health certifications will apply.* 
- All Vendor fees become non-refundable after 11/15/2026, unless otherwise approved by East Quogue Holiday on Main committee. *Please note Early Bird Special is also non-refundable.*
- Once your application is approved, we will send the information for payment of the fee via VENMO
