Completing this application is the first step in the adoption process. Attending a core parrot care class is the next step. Attending a class is required regardless of whether you are a seasoned bird owner, are new to birds, or your location. We are happy to work with adopters outside of our normal areas of operation, however, you may need to travel, more than once, to meet with volunteers/birds, pick up a bird, and return a bird if the match doesn't work out.
