Webinar Registration for 3D/4D Image Analysis for Cell Biologists in Imaris

Thank you very much for stopping by the Bitplane Imaris booth at the recent ASCB meeting in San Diego. To thank you for your time with us, I would like to invite you to a special educational webinar on 3D/4D image analysis for cell biologists using Imaris on the following topics:

- Counting the number of cells within each organoid
- Finding cells expressing multiple markers
- Tracking cell migration
- Cell-cell interaction

Imaris is designed to handle big data and has several tools such as automated surface reconstructions for volumetric quantification and counting objects in terabyte-sized images, making it optimally suited for a broad range of biological applications.

We will also have a Q & A session with our staff cell biologist, Chi-Li Chiu, Ph.D. who is our West Coast based technical support.

Time: February 14th, 1:00 PM EDT

We will send the webinar link to the registrants.

Presenter: Chi-Li Chiu, Ph.D.

Chi-Li is a biophysicist by training with her most recent position as a Senior Research Associate at the University of Southern California and her Ph.D. work from the University of California, Irvine with Dr. Enrico Gratton on the topic of “3D Cell-ECM dynamics revealed by innovative fluorescence microscopy methods”. She has published several notable papers on image analysis and microscopy, most recently in Nature Methods with Bitplane’s AIC member, Dr. Scott Fraser. Chi-Li is based out of Los Angeles, and enjoys swimming and traveling in her spare time.
