DeVore was a skilled artist, writer, and teacher. He earned his BA and Master of Fine Arts from Ohio University and taught art at Ohio Northern University for over 30 years. He won 13 major awards across the country and was a member of both the Central Ohio Watercolor Society and the Ohio Watercolor Society. The frame measures 30” x 38”.
