Retail Sales Specialists (RSS) are an integral part of our team.

The Retail Support Staff (RSS) will handle scanning and bagging items using Just Between Friends' proprietary Point of Sale System. They will also assist with various sales floor tasks as needed. Ideal candidates should have strong numerical skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform well under pressure while standing for most of the shift.

Retail Sales Specialists will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operate registers to process transactions.
- Assist on the sales floor with tasks such as restocking merchandise, managing Hold, checking receipts, and greeting customers.

We aim to create a positive experience for both our internal and external customers, making shopping enjoyable and selling effortless. We're seeking like-minded individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Specialists.

General Overview:
- RSS earn $10.00/hour.
- Consigning is not required to fill this position.
- RSS do not receive a percentage of their sold items (please sign up as a team member for this perk).
- RSS receive passes for the Regular Presale and 50% Presale (2+ shifts per sale = 6 hour pass).
- All RSS must work a minimum of 12 hours (2 non-concurrent shifts) during the sale week, with preference given to those available for 20+ hours.
- Total hours in a one-week pay period are capped at 40.

We have former RSS employee information and are using this form to gather current availability. The full schedule will be posted on Homebase, where you can claim shifts if your availability changes.

Experience

Prior experience isn’t required for every shift, but some hours are best suited for experienced register personnel. Training and support will be provided for all Retail Sales Specialists.
