Being a part of the Horizon PTA Board of Directors is a huge commitment. The Horizon PTA is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that is governed by a set of bylaws and is in good standing. Board officers must have the time to attend meetings, ensure events are planned and organized, hold monthly General PTA meetings, fundraise, and work with the administration, faculty, parents, and students productively and responsibly. Please explain how this person is a good candidate for this type of commitment? Please give examples. *
