Thank you for using our online registration for Private Lessons at the Penticton Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts for 2019-2020. Before filling out the registration form please take a moment to read our policies below.

*NEW FOR 2019-2020 REGISTRATION** PLEASE FILL OUT ONE REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH DISCIPLINE YOU/YOUR CHILD IS TAKING. (i.e. one for piano lesson, one for voice etc.)

Policies for Private Lessons
There is an annual non-refundable REGISTRATION FEE of $35.00 per discipline to a maximum of $90.00 per family due at registration. Registration Fees go towards paying our office staff.

There is also a PENTICTON MUSIC ACADEMY MUSIC ACADEMY SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP FEE of $15.00 per family is due at registration. Our Society Members have certain benefits and responsibilities at the Academy such as Member Only Events, Volunteering, Voting and Discounts.

PAYMENT must be made in by ETRANSFER or with CHEQUES and must be completed at the TIME OF REGISTRATION.

PLEASE NOTE: Payments depend on several factors: the numbers of private lessons in the academy year, individual faculty's teaching fees and faculty schedules.

ETRANSFER PAYMENTS:
Etransfer payments will be accepted ONLY for half or full registration payment. We will no longer accept monthly or quarterly etransfer payments.

CHEQUE PAYMENTS:
Cheque payments can by made by submitting 8 post-dates made payable to "Penticton Academy of Music" dated the first of each month.

PLEASE NOTE: NSF cheques must be replaced within 1 week of notification and include applicable charges.

There are NO REFUNDS for missed lessons.

Lessons CANCELLED by teachers will be made up at a mutually convenient time or refunded.

LESSON WITHDRAWAL: To discontinue lessons and suspend automatic charges, PLEASE NOTIFY THE FRONT DESK in writing one full month prior to the first of the month. Notice given to the instructor only (verbally or otherwise) and non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal from lessons. For example, if you plan to discontinue/suspend lessons in May, then we will need to receive your written notice by the first lesson in April. If no notice is given by the first lesson of the month before lessons are being discontinued/suspended, the student/parent will be responsible for the next full month's tuition. NOTE: No withdrawals will be accepted after April 1st, 2020.
