Exhibitor applications are individually selected to aid in room variety and to keep over-saturation of product offerings down. Please be very specific when describing what kind of product you intend to bring to facilitate a better chance of being accepted.

$500 = Two 10' x 10' spaces with 2 tables, 4 badges
$150 = One Small Promo/Artist Space - 6' x 6' with 6' Table, 2 Chairs, 2 Badges
$300 = Two Small Artist/Promo Spaces - 6' x 6' with 6' Table, 2 Chairs, 2 Badges
$25 = One Extra vendor badge due with invoice or on site. Note how many extra in "other" box at end of this list
Free Hallway SHARED Author Table = Hallway 6' Table w/2 chairs - Share a table on a Posted rotating schedule with others.
$75 = Hallway Promo/Fan/Author Table = (Not Shared) Hallway 6' Table w/2 chairs +2 Badges (additional $25 badges can be purchased from this list)
$10-400 = Feature Your Business on App, FB, Website & Sponsor a Room - (will be contacted with options)
$200 = Column or Room sponsorship banner (including Jittery Wizard) and a Spotlight in Program Guide

I assert that, at this current point in time, I intend to attend CONjuration 2020. If this changes, I will find a suitable replacement for myself or let the CONjuration Vendor relations team know immediately.
If I need to cancel, I understand the following: If it is before May 15th, I will receive a 100% refund, If it is between May 15th and August 14th, I will receive 50% refund, after August 14th, I will not receive a refund.
I understand my products should be family-friendly unless I I have clearly identified them as 18+ only and are displayed out of sight of children.
I agree not to offer anything for sale that includes the CONjuration logo, unless otherwise approved
