To ensure smooth coordination and service, please submit your facility request at least 4–6 months before your event. The earlier you submit, the better we can accommodate your request.

Event staffing and arrangements are the responsibility of the group using the facilities. Facility staff can connect you with coordinators who may assist or advise in planning.
