Please fill in the form to submit a request for your certificates that weren't issued in the past years.
This form is to request certificates for general opportunities such as small working groups, sessions teams, delegations..etc. Kindly note that some opportunities can not be certified such as webinars, open space discussions and online sessions.
Please be advised that certificates for General Assemblies and Regional Meetings will be requested only through the NMO President and that personal requests will not be accepted. Moreover, the certification for SRTs and Capacity Building initiatives has a specific process mentioned in the IoGs that mandates the organizers to submit a report.
Upon reception of your data, we would process your request and issue the certificate accordingly as soon as possible. Please bear with us because the process might take long.
