LUMINARIA is currently accepting applications to be a featured food vendor for this year's IN PERSON outdoor festival at Hemisfair Park on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 6:00pm to 12 Midnight. ********************************************************************************** LUMINARIA has a vendor fee of $500 per booth for one item, plus $100 each additional item you will be selling at the same booth. If you want more than one booth, it will be an additional $500 per booth, plus the $100 for each additional item per booth. ************************************************************************************* Please note: LUMINARIA will be handling all beverage sales. ************************************************************************************* LUMINARIA is committed to keeping everyone safe and healthy during the festival. Strict COVID 19 Policies will be in place for everyone's safety, including but not limited to: Disinfect any items that come into contact with visitors/customers. This includes, as much as possible, disinfecting high touch surfaces such as food order/pickup counter areas. Provide condiments or flatware only in single use, individually wrapped items, and provide condiments only upon request. Provide food in single use containers. Contactless payment is encouraged. Where not available, contact should be minimized. Both groups should wash or sanitize hands after the payment process. ************************************************************************************* Once you have completed the application, you will be contacted with further information including load in and load out details, and more information regarding COVID 19 Safety Protocols *

I understand that if selected, there is a $500 vendor fee for the first food item, and that each food item after that is an additional $100. (For Example, Mini tacos and Corn in a Cup would have a vendor fee of $600) *
