1.Purpose of the Study: This study is being conducted for research. It investigates the levels of job satisfaction across countries.

2.Procedures to be Followed: You must be at least 18 years old to participate. In this study, you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire. Your responses to all questions will be confidential. There is no way to trace individual responses back to you. Therefore, your confidentiality will be maintained. Procedure for discontinuation or non-participation: If you do not wish to participate, you do not have to. To discontinue, just exit the questionnaire ­­ you can close the screen ("X" on top right) and stop your participation immediately.

3.Duration/Time: The entire questionnaire should take about 5 minutes to complete.

4.Statement of Confidentiality: Your participation in this research is confidential. These data will be stored in a password protected file. No personally identifiable information has been sought.

5.Payment for Participation: You will receive no payment for your participation, but I appreciate your help.

6.Voluntary Participation: Your decision to be in this research is voluntary. You can stop at any time. You do not have to answer any questions you do not want to answer.
