Soft Skills Survey for St. Charles County Employers 2019
Soft skills encompass work ethic, team work, problem solving, communication and more. These basic skills help employees work with others and navigate the workplace. Unfortunately, a gap in soft skills has been identified as a growing workforce concern among businesses here and around the nation.

As a valued employer in St. Charles County, we hope you will take a few minutes to answer this short survey about your organization’s perspective on this important issue. The soft skills noted come from the 2018 State of St. Louis Workforce Report.

This survey is being conducted by the St. Charles County Soft Skills Task Force, a sub-committee of the St. Charles County Workforce Development Board, to create more awareness about the soft skills gap in today’s labor force, and to promote the importance of soft skills training.

Your important feedback will help shape workforce and training programs and efforts around the community.
