Dirty Santa 2025 Volunteer Form

Thank you for your interest in supporting Dirty Santa, our season-ender and Toys For Tots charity event! This year's event will be held at Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area, AOAA on December 14th!

For those of you who have already filled out the volunteer signup form for 2025, we're asking you to please reconfirm your ability to help at Dirty Santa due to the date and venue changes. If you're signing up for the first time, we're thrilled to have you along!

Please answer the questions below to the best of your availability. If your availability changes between now and the event do not worry! We'll reach back out to confirm volunteer assignments in the days leading up to the event.

We typically have 4 teams that help make this event happen!
1. Vendors/Sponsors - They support our event by managing a tent for their entity; connect our riders with awesome brands!

2. On-Trail Support (Riding) - Riders who arrow/de-arrow and sweep ride; competent single-track riders only; often are available for the entire weekend of the event - Friday through Sunday - to pre-ride, arrow, sweep, and de-arrow. AOAA doesn't have a ton of single track yet so this crew will need to be creative this year: use some ATV trail, maybe find some rocks in the woods for hard enduro/trials.

3. Ops Support - Backbone volunteers who support the day-before and/or day-of event; registration; parking; set-up; tear-down; typically do not ride the event itself, but often participate in pre rides the day before!

4. Safety/Road Crossings Team - These volunteers are also often the calm-under-pressure volunteers who support the day-of the event; remain "on-call" during event; man dangerous road crossings; typically do not ride the event itself, but often participate in rides the day before!

Our awesome season-ender - a charity ride where the price of admission is a toy donated to Toys For Tots! We need folks to get the trails marked, and then some help with registration and running games during the day!
  • Friday, December 12 (initial pre-ride and arrowing, initial setup at location)
  • Saturday, December 13 (complete arrowing, final setup at location)
  • Sunday, December 14 (event day - volunteers run their assignments)
For the Dirty Santa Toy Run, I plan to be available to support on the following days (check all that apply).
