English:Our teachers love music and share their passion with students. They are obsessed with their work and they are part of the music scene. Their goal in life is to become a better musician everyday. The inspiration they gain on stage, they want to pass this on to their students. They are inspiring because they show what it means to be a musician. Love for music gives them a tremendous energy and often they forget the time when they talk about music.
English:Our teachers make sure the student feels good. You can hear them laughing and you can see them making jokes. They let the student know that he/she is getting better, and give him / her compliments about the progress. Whether the student had practiced it or not, they give an inspiring lesson. They know themselves and take care of themselves by also taking example by exercising or meditating. Thus, they are cheerful, smiling when the student enters and they have a good expectation of the student. The teacher takes 100% responsibility for his / her life and does not complain, but he takes initiatives themselves.

By giving the student the experience of small successes, the teacher is very inspiring. He immediately gives the student the feeling of moving forward. He takes the student's musical taste as a starting point and he can put aside his own taste if necessary. He is involved and supportive.

They find it important that the student learns a lot from the lesson. They can concentrate on small pieces of music. They can put their own thoughts and desires aside if that is better for the student. They are aware that a small amount of good materials can be more effective than a lot of information.
