I am 18 years old or older and I have read the Volunteer Waiver of Liability (Link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzXYuDiHeY87T3pzYmhUeFF3Yjg ) and hereby freely, voluntarily and without duress execute this release in favor of Findlay Ministerial Association, Backyard Mission Trip, or any affiliated congregation and its respective directors, officers, trustees, employees, volunteers and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”). I, the Volunteer, desire to work as a volunteer for one or more of the Released Parties and engage in the activities related to being a volunteer ("Activities"). The Volunteer understands that the activities may include constructing and rehabilitating residential buildings, landscaping, and consuming food.
