This is for "pencil-booking" purposes only.  Upon submission, notify immediately the staff-in-charge, i.e., you may call landline (033) 315-8908 or local intercom 248; or you may chat UPV TLRC TeLeTAB.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:  

1)  You must submit the "RUFF Physical Form" at least three (3) working days prior to date of use in order to confirm your reservation.  RUFF physical forms are available at the TLRC (CUB Basement) and MILC (CUB Basement) offices.    

2)  Use of facilities is available from "Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm only" (except Holidays).
