Hi, I’m Sebastian.
I was diagnosed with a rare condition called Nutcracker Syndrome at 13 years old. For 18 months, I lived with constant, debilitating pain, some days, I could barely walk. After undergoing a kidney auto-transplant in February 2025, I’m now healing and returning to inperson school. What a milestone!
I’m currently 15 years old and heading into Grade 11 in the IB program, determined to raise awareness, help others, and spark change.
This form is part of my mission to build a community around chronic pain, invisible illness, and rare disease awareness.
