2024-25 Nassau BOCES Zoom Purchase Form
Please complete the survey below if you would like to purchase zoom licenses for the 24-25 school year.

Large Meeting and Webinar Rooms are an add on and must have a Pro license associated with them. Therefore you need to allocate a Pro license for each large meeting or webinar room you are purchasing.  

Each Pro License comes with .5G storage.  Please turn on auto deletion or turn off cloud storage so you do not exceed the allocated storage.

All purchases require an additional $150 subscription fee.  This fee is waived for Videoconference Subscribers.

This form must be completed by Tuesday, May 7th.  After you complete the form you will be forwarded an LOI that needs to be signed by your Superintendent or Business official and returned to Nassau BOCES by Thursday, May 9th.  Licenses will be available July 1st.

Note: All Erie2 Pro Zoom Licenses expire June 30th, 2025
