Apart from this Form, applicants must also submit a: I. MOTIVATION LETTER referring to the position they are applying for and reasons for choice, a brief outline of past MUN experience, as well as the skills and attributes they possess that will contribute to the organization of the conference. The Motivation Letter should not exceed 1,000 words.II. complete AGENDA, including a SPECIAL CONFERENCE THEME.*III. LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION from their MUN Advisor. In case of multiple applicants from the same school, it is imperative that the Advisor rank them.IV. a sample STUDY GUIDE they have written for a previous conference they attended as Student Officers.

*The Agenda shall include the 4 GA Committees with 3 topics each (Disarmament and International Security Committee, Economic and Financial Committee, Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Committee and Special Political and Decolonization Committee), the ECOSOC with 4 topics, the Security Council with 3 topics, the Environment Commission with 2 Sub-Commissions (3 topics each), the Human Rights Council with 4 topics, the International Court of Justice with one case and the Special Conference with 4 topics.
