Applications will be accepted from 3/15/23 to 4/24/23.  

Participants will be notified of acceptance by 4/26/23, and will need to confirm their commitment to attend by 5/7/23.

NOTE:  This class is open to all. It is our priority to ensure that there is space in each cohort for women, LGBTQIA2S+, Black, Indigenous & POC beekeepers, as well as beekeepers who wouldn’t normally have the financial means to attend a course of this nature.

Why?  Because these beekeepers are often excluded from bee educational spaces.  To this end, some of the questions are designed to gather demographic and experiential information.  These questions will help us select a diverse cohort of beekeepers across both experience and identity.

This course has a sliding scale enrollment fee based on financial capacity.  The scale is $0-800, pay what you can is our model & motto.

No one will be excluded based on financial capacity.  Scholarships and travel/childcare stipends are available to all who request them.  

All student contributions will go into enhancing the program offerings (additional food to share, guest speakers, audio/visual recording).
