Sign up for work with the Color Me Back Program!
THE SIGN UP FORM IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. The form will open on JUNE 1st by 9am and will close by JUNE 7th at 11:59pm.
1. We have changed the process for signing up for the Color Me Back Program.
2. EVERYONE interested in working with CMB for the full 4-day week must sign up using this form during the Open Enrollment periods (even Fill-ins/Regulars/Returning Participants must sign up)
3. Open Enrollment will take place during the first 7 days of the month. Depending on how many people sign up will determine how often we open the enrollment form. The goal is to open enrollment every 1-2 months - HOWEVER, this may change if/when the waitlist becomes too long.
4. We make calls on Thursdays and Fridays. If you miss the call, call us back as soon as you can to get scheduled.
5. ANYONE who signs up repeatedly within the 7 day Open Enrollment period will be removed from the list and required to talk to the Program Manager to be allowed back on the list.
6. If you missed the Open Enrollment period, you will be required to wait until the next Open Enrollment to sign up.
