Below you will find the ASCLS Region V Symposium Registration Options
Registration fees will increase on August 11, 2025
Early Registration date from March 11-August 11, 2025
Late Registration is an additional $100 and is accessed from Aug 11-October 9, 2025
W-9 Form available upon request
Registration Options:
  • Single Booth (include admission for up to 2 representatives)- $600 ($700 starting 8/11/2025)
  • Double Booth (includes admission for up to 4 representatives) - $900  ($1000 starting 8/11/2025)
*Due to limited space, the venue is not able to accommodate outside demonstration trucks or vehicles
