EQA-13 Employee Files Evaluation

This evaluation examines the Langley Flying School employee file system to ensure it is in conformity with the School's policies.

This policy states as follows:

Each employee of Langley Flying School has an employee file which contains the the following documentation:

Resume;
-Job Description;
-Signed contract with School, in the case of Flight Instructors;
-Evidence of qualifications/licenses, in the case of Flight Instructors;
-an annual performance review, in the case of Flight Instructors.

Based on the random sample instructions provided by the CFI, answer the following questions:

    Unsatisfactory Findings

    An unsatisfactory finding occurs when "DISAGREE" is answered to any of the above questions.
