Help us report: a quick survey for non-EU immigrants who fly with Ryanair

Last month, we reported on how the airline has been asking Chinese residents of Ireland passing through the UK to present a transit visa when they didn't need one, stopping them from boarding their connecting flights.

Since then, we have received emails and phone calls from others who have experienced something similar.

We want to understand how widespread this problem is and whether passengers are compensated for the visa challenges they face.

We'd really appreciate it if you have a few minutes to spare to fill out a short survey and help us report.

We won’t use your name or story unless you have given us permission.
