Important note for event program art and logos: all program books are standard letter-sized. Camera-ready art format preference is .PNG or .JPEG (min. 300 pixels/inch/DPI). PCD cannot accept bleeds (art with color that goes to the edge of the paper). Artwork containing bleeds requires reformatting and resizing at PCD's discretion and cost, and up to a $75 fee may be assessed to rework art from our printer. Submitting camera-ready art without bleeds will result in the best possible result. All art must be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event (April 24, 2025). If art is not received by the deadline, PCD will place your organizational logo in your allotted program space.
