7th grade Course Selection Choice Sheet 2025-2026

Please fill out this Google Form to make course selection requests for your incoming 7th grader for the 2025-2026 school year. You can find descriptions of all the courses in the middle school course catalog using this link: RRISD Course Catalog.

Required 7th grade courses:

Language Arts

Mathematics

Texas History

Science

Wellness Education/Physical Education

Elective*

Students will be automatically registered for Language Arts, Science and Texas History (Social Studies) for their 7th grade year.

*In accordance with House Bill 3, all middle school students must complete one fine arts course during grades 6, 7, or 8. If you did not successfully complete a fine arts elective in 6th grade, you will be required to take one in 7th grade.

Hopewell Choice Sheet will open on Feb. 3, 2025 and are due by Feb. 14, 2025 for students currently enrolled in a Hopewell zoned school. Transfers and new students can complete the choice sheet upon enrollment at Hopewell.
