We are delighted that you are interested in participating in LAUP this summer. The following form comprises the main section of the application. Please note that you cannot save progress in this form - it must be completed from start to finish in one sitting. For that reason, we recommend composing your answers to longer questions in a separate document and pasting them into this form when you are ready to submit.
In addition to this application, you will need to supply 2 references. These references can come from either (a) an InterVarsity staff member, (b) a church pastor, or (c) a lay leader (ie college youth group pastor, Bible study leader, etc). At least one reference must be from your InterVarsity staff worker. At the bottom of this form there is a question asking for the name and email address of 2 people you would like to fill out your LAUP reference form as well as a link to the document they will need to fill out. After you supply the names and email addresses at the bottom, you will need to send the link to the document to your two references, so they can fill out the form on your behalf.
Your complete of this application is due no later than Friday, January 26, 2018 at 11:59pm.
