The Faith We Sing 2021
The focus of this year's digital singing retreat, "The Faith We Sing", is on the Psalms. In every time and age, the Psalms have been set to countless tunes of various styles for the edification of the church. Come and hear some local settings on the Psalms, and explore in a deeper manner what the Psalms are about!

Martin Tel is the C. F. Seabrook Director of Music at Princeton Theological Seminary where he directs the seminary choirs, facilitates the music ministry for daily worship, and lectures in the area of church music. He served as senior editor of Psalms for All Season: A Complete Psalter for Worship (Faith Alive, 2012). He also served on the editorial committees which produced a new hymnal for the Christian Reformed Church and Reformed Church in America denominations, Lift Up Your Hearts (Faith Alive, 2013) and the Spanish-English bilingual hymnal, Santo, Santo, Santo / Holy, Holy, Holy (GIA, 2019).
After obtaining her Church Music degree at North Central University in USA in 2002, Rev Daphne June Lau has been serving as a worship pastor ever since. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God of Singapore and is currently on the pastoral team at Eternal Life Assembly as worship base and missions pastor. She is also on the adjunct faculty at Immanuel Bible College, Cebu, Philippines where she has been teaching the Fundamentals of Worship yearly intensive since 2015. Rev Daphne has also been invited to speak at worship symposiums held under the different Assemblies of God districts in Cebu and Surigao, Philippines.
Debra Rienstra is professor of English at Calvin University, where she teaches early British literature and creative writing. She is the author of four books, including Worship Words: Discipling Language for Faithful Ministry (Baker 2009) and Refugia Faith: Seeking Hidden Shelters, Ordinary Wonders, and the Healing of the Earth (forthcoming with Fortress, 2022).
