Bus Registration Form (General Education)
Instructions:

Prior to riding a school bus in the Pickens County School District, all students must register for services. Here's the good news! It's a simple process. Simply complete the form below. This form can be used to: request transportation services or to change /stop a student's current transportation services. There are a few simple rules and some information that you will need to have on hand. (See below)
1. Parents and Guardians will need to complete a separate form for each student in their household. Please do not enter multiple students on one form.
2. Before beginning, you will need to confirm your student's 5-digit student ID number (commonly referred to as their Lunch Number). 
Note: If the student ID number entered  into this form is incorrect, the student will not be registered for transportation services. If needed, you can confirm your student's ID number by contacting their school's front office.
Note:  If multiple entries are made for the same student, only the latest entry will be processed. All others will be deleted.
Note: This request form is for general education buses only. All requests for Special Needs services will be submitted by the school.
