CAROL of the BIRDS at Bay City Players
Online Audition Form!
NOTICE: ALL CAST AND CREW WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS FOR CENTRAL REGISTRY CLEARANCE THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
The Creative Team of A CAROL OF THE BIRDS wants all children in the cast to have a happy, stress-free, artistic experience. We know one of the best ways to make that happen is to let parents/guardians know what is expected. Here are some ways they can help.
· Be sure the child is here at 6:30 in order to allow for leaving about 8:30. Delays by one person affect everyone in the show.
· Understand homework will be welcome at rehearsals. Cell phones will not be. Kids are welcome to have them, but they may only be used before rehearsals start, after they finish, and during breaks.
· Be sure the child does not have commitments that conflict with rehearsals. Every actor has a rehearsal schedule and is expected to attend all rehearsals as indicated on the schedule.
· Illness is an acceptable excuse for absence, of course. Notify an appropriate production member as early as possible.
· Adults will be welcome to join our production team. The production team is always in need of more hands to help. They need to be notified of your interest as soon as possible.
