This seven day non-residential retreat is an excellent opportunity to deepen your meditation practice while still practising mindfulness at home at the end of the day. Meditation periods will range from 30-60 minutes. There will be instructions and short talks throughout the day. Participants are encouraged to maintain silence while they are here.
You may register for any number of days, although we recommend that you try to sign up for at least two days in a row.. You will have the chance to observe either the five or eight precepts.
There will be no overnight accommodations.
Lunch is provided at no cost to participants. You can wear anything that is comfortable. Some people like to wear white, but this is totally optional.
We will have cushions and chairs to sit on, but if you have a cushion and a mat, please bring them along. The floor is uncarpeted.
