Troupe rehearsals will take place on Fridays (7pm-9pm), Saturdays (10am-12pm) or Sundays (1:30pm-3:30pm). Please list any existing and potential conflicts on Fri/Sat/Sun between the dates 8/11/17 through 1/15/18.

I understand that if my student is accepted into the Troupe, the following dates are mandatory for all troupe members: January 5-7, 2018 (weekend before JTF competition) & January 12-15, 2018 (weekend of JTF)

The fee per student for participation in HPCT's JTF Troupe is $575. This price includes materials, the group registration, individual registration, hotel fee, JTF shirt and competition uniform. This does NOT include meals and transportation (we will carpool to and from Atlanta). Students will also have the opportunity to purchase a troupe hoodie which is not included in the fee. I understand that if my student is accepted into the Troupe, $100 will be due 8/11/17; $225 will be due 9/2/17; $50 will be due 11/4/17 and $200 will be due January 4. We are looking at several fundraising opportunities to help off-set the cost for families.
