Oakley Community Council Improvement/Project Suggestion Form

This is your opportunity to submit your suggestion(s) for potential community improvements/projects, that we, the Oakley Community Council, should consider for submission for any of the many city funding programs. These improvement/project suggestions/ideas can be for any reason, including items, but not limited to, such as:

- Traffic Calming/Safety

- Pedestrian/Bike Safety

- Crosswalks

- Beautification (cleanup, murals, gardens, etc.)

- Community Events

- Community Amenities (Oakley Square Shelter, Banners in Business District, etc.)

You can submit as many suggestions as you wish, but we ask that you submit a new form for each one. Just makes it easier for us to track/manage.
