Cross Country
There will be two options for Cross Country Training this summer.

The first, Cross Country Conditioning Class, will take place June 12 through July 12 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:55 a.m. This class is open to all athletes but required for cross country athletes.

The second option, Cross County Conditioning Camp in Big Bear, is a week long intensive camp for cross country runners focused on high altitude training. The Camp will take place at a cabin in Big Bear. Both the class and camp will be run by Coach Alex Grimstad '03 and Coach Gabe Grimstad.

Basketball League and Conditioning
Basketball will consist of conditioning, skills development, and film review. Conditioning will take place on campus with skills development taking place at St. Rita School. There will be a tournament from June 15 to June 17 with Northview Girls Basketball League in Covina. Camp will run from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday from June 12 to July 5. Basketball will be run by Ms. Melissa Campos '08, Director of Alumnae Affairs and Varsity Basketball Coach.

Soccer Conditioning
The Alverno Heights Soccer Camp is designed to help improve the skill of athletes of any level. The camp will focus on improving the athletes ball control, trapping ability, dribbling, appropriate defense positioning and tracking, attacking, away from the ball movement, shooting, passing, improve conditioning and speed and increase foot work. The sessions will be twice a week (Tuesday and Thursdays) and be for two hours (1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.). All skill levels are welcome and is highly recommended for second year and new players to the program. Soccer will be run by Akil Lewis, Soccer Coach.
