Fill out this form for temporary online services from the Welcome Center during office closure- NEW STUDENTS, CHANGE OF ADDRESS, PERMITS, etc.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN, PLEASE READ: Enrollment is only required for students who are not currently attending a TUSD school. If your student is currently attending a TUSD school, you do NOT need to enroll in the district each year. This form ONLY applies if you need to request a new enrollment, LAUNCH assessment, a change of address, a non-resident incoming permit, or an outgoing permit. *
