TCNA Financial Aid Application
We get more applications than we can fully fund. Please fill out this form to help us understand your need for funding and the role a certification would have in your life. Funds awarded are intended to cover a portion of or the full registration fee for a track & sign OR trailing certification. 

Please only apply after confirming with the host that there is space available and that they are willing to hold a spot for you while your application is processed. We recommend applying 3-6 months ahead of an anticipated certification date. 

The TCNA Access Committee reviews applications quarterly, after the following application deadlines: March 15 // June 15 // September 15 // December 15.

Application Timelines:
  • If your certification is in Jan, Feb, or March:  Apply by prior Sept 15.  Late applications will be considered during the December review, if any funds remain.
  • If your certification is in April, May or June:  Apply by prior Dec 15.  Late applications will be considered during the March review, if any funds remain.
  • If your certification is in July, August or Sept:  Apply by prior March 15.  Late applications will be considered during the June review, if any funds remain.
  • If your certification is in Oct, Nov or Dec:  Apply by prior June 15.  Late applications will be considered during the September review, if any funds remain.
Notification on the status of applications will occur by the end of the month following the review (for example, by Sept 30 for the Sept 15 application deadline).
