April 6, 2021 - (Poughkeepsie, New York) - The Vaccine Appointment Assistance Team (VAAT) announces that they are now an official volunteer organization under the Dutchess County Medical Reserve Corps. The new arrangement will provide outreach and tools to increase vaccine access to the community.

This grass roots group has been serving the greater Hudson Valley community with vaccine information and appointment assistance since the initial vaccine rollout. While the initial outreach was focused solely on seniors, vaccine booking assistance has expanded as eligibility has changed. As of April 6, 2021 all New Yorkers age 16+ will be eligible to receive the Covid-19 vaccination and this group will play an integral role providing much needed outreach to underserved populations and connecting the community to vaccination sites and providing booking assistance to individuals prioritizing the needs of Dutchess County residents. Our volunteers also assist with booking throughout the greater Hudson Valley region.

Just a few friendly reminders:
- Please only complete this form once per person. We cannot book more than one appointment per person.
- Please check your email regularly for notifications from us, appointments may be time sensitive!
- If you can not keep your appointment, it is your responsibility to cancel it in a timely manner so that the appointment opens up for someone who needs it.
- If you manage to book an appointment on your own, please let us know asap - call/text Anna at (845) 605-2562 or email vaccineassistant2021@gmail.com immediately so that we can remove you from our list and assist others in a timely fashion.

Declaración de otra persona de que vive en esa dirección / correo actual / registros escolares
