Welcome to IIT Bhubaneswar! The accommodation in IIT Guest House will be very limited during 4 days of conference event. A number of hotels are listed in our conference website. Those who likes to stay in IIT Bhubaneswar Hostels  https://www.iitbbs.ac.in/index.php/students-life-iitbbs/hall-of-residence/  can fill the forms with details.
Dear Authors and Participants,

Those who have filled xls sheet and will be filling it for hostel accommodation in our IIT BBS campus, For booking the hostel rooms, please contact in the following addresses and complete the bookings. 

Applicable charges, as mentioned below,  are to be deposited in advance. 

Accommodation: Rs. 200/- per day per student (including  mattress, bedsheet, pillow with cover)

Food (optional):

  • Breakfast: Rs. 50/-
  • Lunch: Rs. 70/-
  • Snacks: Rs. 30/-
  • Dinner: Rs. 70/-
  • Biryani (availability-based): Rs. 110/-
  • Special Dinner (availability-based): Rs. 120/-

All the payments will be made to the hostel office (the details of the account will be obtained from the hostel office) at-least 3 days before the conference. Note it is a separate account from the registration one and any payment made to the registration account by error in this regard will not be refunded and not considered for hostel accommodation. The hall office will arrange the student room with mattress, bed-sheet, and pillow with cover at Rs. 80/- per day on a rental basis. If the prescribed number of participants does not join, a minimum charge of Rs. 80/- per participant (absentee) will be applicable.


Note: On 4 days of conference there will be lunch provided in the conference venue. Please do not pay for lunch at the hostel for conference days.
