2021 Gravel Revival Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in setting up as a Vendor for the 2nd Annual Gravel Revival on October 23rd & 24th, 2021 presented by MOAB Bike Shop and benefiting the TN State Parks Conservancy!

**UPDATE - Vendor Row will be held on Saturday, October 23rd from 4pm-7pm. We ask that Vendors set up between 11am-2pm.
Sunday, October 24th will be optional for Vendors arriving on Saturday who would like to stay set up on Sunday.
The main event will begin at 9am and there will be limited people onsite between 9am-1pm.

Cost for Vendors: $75.00 (Non-profits: $50.00).

Please fill out the form below. Note: FILLING OUT THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE A VENDOR POSITION.  You will receive an e-mail confirming your acceptance as a Vendor.  It is imperative to the success of the event that you please respond to all emails if appropriate.
