Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are diseases that can't be directly transmitted between people, and are often contracted genetically or through particular lifestyle choices, examples of these include, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer. This survey is part of an investigation into the affect of modern lifestyle on non communicable diseases. We are aiming to discover whether our lifestyles now are the main cause of communicable diseases in the UK. This will take around 5 minutes of your time and is entirely anonymous. Thank You.
