The Ki Release Vendor Registration
The 2018 Ki Release is a major hair show where a runway has been designed to bring some of Montgomery's finest stylists and barbers center stage to restore life back into men and women undergoing hair loss due to chemotherapy or alopecia! Salon Wygs is honored to host such an event that is going to impact lives TOP LEVEL STYLE!

We are looking for TOP NOTCH entrepreneurs to be a part of this awesome celebration, so we decided to create an exhibition hall for vendors like you. We're not only interested in you all showing up, we want to make sure you connect with the expected SOLD OUT crowd!

Please keep in mind that we will not be able to have multiple vendors with related products. Our goal is to make sure everyone walks away with sales. Therefore, registration is on a first come, first served basis (this also goes for table arrangements)! We ONLY have 10 tables located near the front entrance. The rest are visible but are on the inner walls of the entrance.

To register for that night's event:

1) Submit your non-refundable registration fee to

- Early Bird (inner wall) by October 1st - $100

- Early Bird (front entrance) by October 1st- $135

- Regular (inner wall) by November 1st - $125

- Regular (front entrance) by November 1st - $145

2) Complete this registration form with a 50% deposit to secure vendors space in bonus of receiving tickets valued at the amount of vendor space purchased. That's right… if you purchase an EARLY BIRD vendor's table at $100 or $135, you will receive access to the VIP green room, general admission tickets or VIP of equal value. Regular registers, you will receive general admission tickets of equal value. The purpose of issuing tickets is for you to sell to family and friends encouraging them to come help create a crowd which gives vendors an opportunity to make a profit. All admission tickets are numbered with a special barcode. Tickets WILL NOT be replaced. Recipients MUST keep up with their tickets, these tickets are scanned at the door for an opportunity to win door prizes.

Please note: Tickets issued to vendors can not be sold on the premises of where the event is hosted. It is PROHIBITED and if caught you will be asked to leave forfeiting an opportunity to be a part and any monies paid.

Vendors will receive a 6ft x 30in table with a black tablecloth. Banners and table decorations are encouraged but please be mindful of bulky items (you will have neighbors to the left and right of you). Lastly, we are asking all vendors to sponsor a door prize. This will be greatly appreciated.

Please complete the registration form in honesty of what you will retail. If you are retailing more than one product/brand there is a double charge. Once you have registered, one of our vendor managers will contact you with next steps.
