Homeschool Yo Kids Organization is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides support, community, and resources to families to confidently lead their home learning journey.

Homeschool Yo Kids Expo is beyond excited to be embarking on Chapter 3. These Expos will encompass healing, learning, & love all in one location. We look to help families reimagine what learning looks like and comfortably lead their children's educational journey. We aim to bring resources, inspiration, and healing energy to family's home learning journeys.

Set up will vary at each expo.  
Expos are 11am-2pm **Setup time is 10am**

Your involvement in the Homeschool Yo Kids Expo is appreciated and needed. We appreciate all that you have created & built in your commitment to helping families grow in confidence in their home learning journey.

To reserve an exhibitor’s booth at the Homeschool Yo Kids Expo 2024 (HYK), you will need to complete the following form in its entirety.

We ask for a monetary donation that will go towards marketing and travel cost.

$100 (donation) per expo. No refunds of donation.

By completing this Exhibitor Form, you are agreeing to commit your time to being present at the HSYK Expo for the selected date(s) and time(s) you have selected.

I understand that Exhibitors are asked to make a $100 donation. This donation is due upon receiving your invoice.  *
You must submit a 20-30 second promo video stating the name of your business/organization, your planned participation in the HSYK Expo. 1-2 statements about the type of resource(s) you provide. 

This video will be used throughout the promotional time for the HSYK Expos 2025 on social media platforms and the HSYK website.

Are you able to donate a raffle prize?

This can be in the form of an educational toy, trinkets, crafts, coupon or gift certificate to receive a resource you provide.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor your exhibit during the HYK Expo. You will not hold the organizers of the HYK Expo responsible for any losses or damages that can occur over the course of the conference.
