Seeking Twenty-Five (25) Product Vendors & Four (4) Food Truck Vendors

For maximum exposure, the vendor booths are located along both sides of the path
that lead to and from the amphitheater. 10'x10' and 10'x20' vendor spaces available.
Expecting 800-1,000 attendees.

Festival Program Book - Information for Vendor page
The festival program book will include a vendor map, vendor listing and brief description. Provide the following information for the festival program book:
Description of your products/services to be placed in the program book (1-2 sentences).
Advertise in Festival Program Book (OPTIONAL)
The festival program book is 4-color - 5.5"x8.5". It will be distributed in both print & digital formats.
Select the DISPLAY AD SIZE you would like in the festival program book.
Display ad submission can be either camera-ready or created by our program book designers (at no extra fee).

If you would like us to design your ad, we will contact you to gather ad copy, logo and photos. If CAMERA-READY, please email ad to: committee@greatlakesjazzfestival.net
NEXT STEPS: Please get your application in early. We only have 25 vendor spaces available, so we do not want vendors that sell the same type of products. We will review you application and email you with our decision. Once you've been approved, you can send your payment.
This is a "RAIN OR SHINE" Event. To ensure that the festival goes on if the weather does not permit us to be at the amphitheater, we have secured an indoor location as our “Plan B”.
