LICENSED REIKI MASTER TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM QUESTIONNAIRE
This questionnaire is for those who want to apply to the Licensed Reiki Master Teacher (LRMT) Training Program. If you meet the requirements below, then fill out the questionnaire.  If you don't meet the requirements, then wait until you do meet the requirements to fill it out. There is a $100 fee to evaluate your questionnaire. Once your questionnaire is accepted, you will pay a $500 fee and receive all the application materials. 

Requirements: 
1. You must be a Professional Member of the Reiki Membership Association for at least one year.
2. You must have carefully read the LRMT Program Manual and be in agreement with all the requirements.

3. You must have taken all of your Reiki classes from one of our LRMT's at the current upgrade
     of the Holy Fire® III level, which is World Peace Reiki. 
4. You must have taught Reiki classes for at least 2 years and a total of 8 classes, with Reiki I and II counting           as one class. 
5. You must have a current Reiki practice where you are doing a minimum of 10+ sessions a month.
6. You must have attended the the ICRT retreat online or in-person and the Licensed Teacher meeting at the             ICRT retreat.
7. You must have a computer, a website, answer emails within 48 hours, be proficient with Word,
     be able to attach documents to an email, and access and store documents in the Cloud.
8. You must have taken Holy Fire® III Online training and be able to teach Reiki classes online.
9. You must be able to pass a background and credit check.
