We want to support you in your endeavour to serve the diverse community of Montbello. The Montbello Solutions Network is a partner based collaboration of Mental Health focused services that are geared to serve communities of color. We believe that wellness is holistic and we are looking for providers that have experience and programming that treats the whole mind, body, and spirit of a diverse population of individuals. We are open to funding innovative and exciting approaches to wellness in the Montbello Community. Submit your wellness ideas below and we will contact you if you're a good fit for the Montbello Solutions Network. Montbello Solutions funds a 6-week session of holistic group services at a flat rate of $1500. Providers are responsible for the marketing and recruitment of participants in their groups. All groups must have a minimum of 8 participants to be funded. Providers must have a Provision of ACCORD listing MOC "Montbello Organizing Committee" as additionally insured. Providers are responsible for submitting all required reporting and evaluation documentation for their 6-week session group. (Reporting/Evaluation documentation is provided by Montbello Solutions) If providers meet all the responsibilities for the funding they are eligible to facilitate another 6-week session.
