Nominations are open for our annual Biketopia Awards! Fill out the form below and help us recognize those doing great work in our community. This year we are presenting awards for the Best Community Advocacy and Best Bike Project. The winners will be announced mid-September, and recognized in person at Biketopia on September 30th in Downtown Oakland.

Nominations must be submitted by Friday, August 30th. 

Bike East Bay's Staff and Board will determine the final awardees based on number of nominations and determined impact on our biking community. Awardees will receive 4 tickets to Biketopia and recognition during the stage program.

Best Community Advocacy

This award recognizes a group organizing and inspiring changemaking in bike advocacy, accessibility, education and fun. Is there a rad kids ride or Bike Bus happening in your neighborhood? Or a group taking direct action on local bike issues? Nominate them!

List the group, why they are being nominated, where they work, and their contact information (if you know).

Best Bike Project

This award recognizes new and ongoing infrastructure projects, bikeways, better bike parking, and more. Is there a project that is really working in your neighborhood? Nominate it for this award and get it recognized.
